MC Services has four Certified Mac Repair Technicians with over 30 years of combined experience. We pride ourselves in quickly diagnosing machines in order to get your computer back to you as quickly as possible. We offer a variety of Apple Mac services such as desktop and laptop computer repairs, memory and RAM upgrades, computer tune-ups, and data recovery. You can even rent one of our Mac laptops for the duration of your computer repair.

Preparing for Your Mac Repair

It is helpful to check the status of your computer's AppleCare warranty prior to your repair. You can do this on Apple's support site. If you would like to purchase an AppleCare warranty for your Mac, or want to extend your current warranty, please let us know and we can add that to your order. After you have dropped off your computer, you can check the status of your repair here.

Things to bring along for your Mac repair:

• A back-up hard drive (we have a selection of Rocstor external hard drives available for purchase if needed)
• A list of all issues you’ve been experiencing with your Mac and in what situations they happen.

Please do not bring a power cord with your computer (we have plenty).

Data Recovery $99 (price includes data transfer to an external hard drive or computer, external hard drives are also available for purchase if you need one. Please note: Depending on the type of hard drive failure we may not always be able to recover data, howwever the $99 fee will still be charged.)

TechScout ® Computer Monitoring Service Available

MC Services is now offering a computer monitoring solution so that you will never have to worry about whether or not your computer is failing, or if that data back-up is really working. This service is normally $10 a month or $60 a year per machine, but we are currently offering it for an introductory rate of $5 a month or $50 a year per machine. Please contact us to sign up!
