MC Services responds to customer demands for Apple Certified Training: Classes for Macintosh Support and Systems Integrators Offered in Milwaukee.

With the 35% increase in Apple Macintosh market share in the past 24 months there has been a corresponding increase in the requirement for support, from basic installation and operation, to integrating with complex corporate networks. MC Services is based in Pewaukee, WI and has been providing support for Apple Macintosh computers since 1993. All MC Services Systems Engineers are Apple Certified and hold additional certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and Filemaker.

MC Services, in conjunction with Masterlink Training LLC, has opened the first Apple Authorized Training Center (AATC) in Wisconsin. A full slate of Apple Certification classes is offered. An AATC provides training certified by Apple and is delivered by Apple Certified trainers.

These courses are designed for professionals who are responsible for planning, maintaining, and integrating Mac OS X workstations and solutions using Mac OS X Server and other Apple technologies into their various network environments. They offer excellent demonstrations and lectures, mixed with hands-on, real-world labs and exercises to offer IT Professionals the most comprehensive training available.

Courses for help desk personnel, service technicians and technical coordinators are a perfect starting point, addressing Mac OS X client and server support and troubleshooting. Courses for administrators are for the full-time professional system administrators and engineers managing medium-to-large networks of systems utilizing Apple technology in complex multiplatform deployments. They also prepare IT professionals to pass the various Mac OS X certifications such as Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist, Apple Certified Technical Coordinator, and Apple Certified System Administrator.
